Is there really a free plan?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever for up to 3 family members. No credit card required.
When will I be charged?
For Plus and Premium plans, payment is taken immediately when you click Get Started. You can cancel anytime from your Account page and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between Plus and Premium?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Account page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
You'll keep access to your paid features for the rest of your billing period, then have a 7-day grace period before your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted.
Is there a per-member fee?
No. All plans are per-family, not per-member. Invite as many people as your plan allows at no extra cost.
