Is there really a free plan?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever for up to 3 family members. No credit card required.
How does the 14-day trial work?
When you start a Plus or Premium trial, you won't be charged until the 14 days are up. You can cancel anytime before then and you'll never be billed.
Can I switch between Plus and Premium?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Account page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
You'll keep access to your paid features for the rest of your billing period, then have a 7-day grace period before your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted.
Is there a per-member fee?
No. All plans are per-family, not per-member. Invite as many people as your plan allows at no extra cost.
